Field Guide Training Begins March 22 

at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History

The 2007 Field Guide Training program for naturalists at the Cape Cod Museum
of Natural History will be a seven-session course on Thursdays, beginning
March 22 and ending May 3. The morning sessions beginning at 9:00 am will
concentrate on information about the natural world and techniques for being
a successful field guide. There will be special speakers or field walks in
the afternoons, ending no later than 3 pm. 

 

This year, with the museum's emphasis on the Rachel Carson centennial and so
many new exhibits, there will be additional topics covered. Being a field
guide is a great opportunity to share your love of nature and continue the
learning that never ends.
