The Dolphin Diploma - a FREE curriculum-linked resource for teachers
WDCS and partners in the UN Year of the Dolphin initiative are proud
to announce the launch of the WDCS Dolphin Diploma, a new education
campaign.
>From now on, children and young people all over the world will be
awarded a dolphin diploma by WDCS, the Whale and Dolphin Conservation
Society for their active contribution to dolphin protection.
This campaign is part of the official "Year of the dolphin 2007"
initiative announced by the UNEP-Convention for Migratory Species
(CMS).
The WDCS dolphin diploma award includes a quiz about dolphins and
encourages conservation activities such as participating in a beach
clean or organizing an awareness raising event.

For schools and teachers, WDCS also offers an activity pack with
comprehensive teaching material to guide you through the diploma with
your pupils. Part of the activity pack is a brand-new booklet named
