 "America's Underwater Treasures," a must-see television program focused 
on the National Marine Sanctuary System will air on the following local 
PBS Boston channels:

WGBX Wednesday September 20 at 8pm part I
WGBH Thursday September 21 at 8pm part I

WGBX Wednesday September 27 at 8pm part II
WGBH Thursday September 28 at 8pm part II

Produced by KQED (PBS) and Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ocean Futures Society, 
"America's Underwater Treasures" is the latest installment of the PBS 
series Jean-Michel Cousteau: Ocean Adventures. The two-part, 
high-definition film, which is narrated by none other than Robert 
Redford, introduces viewers to each of the 13 national marine 
sanctuaries and some of the many people who are working every day to 
study, manage, and raise awareness of the living and cultural resources 
within sanctuary waters.  "America's Underwater Treasures" was a major 
undertaking, done with the help NMSP staff and many of our partners, 
both within and outside NOAA. Thanks also go to the National Marine 
Sanctuary Foundation, which provided financial support for the film. PBS 
is also offering content about the sanctuary system at
