[SEMCO] 2007 National Sea Grant Law Center Grants Program

The National Sea Grant Law Center is pleased to announce our first
grants program. The RFP is attached in PDF format. The Law Center is
seeking proposals for one-year, legal research and outreach projects
addressing coastal and marine issues. Approximately $550,000 in
federal funds is expected for 2007. A funding request of $50,000 -
$75,000 per project is suggested. A nonfederal match of one dollar
for every two dollars of federal funding is required. Letters of
Intent must be submitted by September 29 and full proposals are due 
December 1.
