[SEMCO] Storm Water Specialist position -- Mass. Bays Program

The Massachusetts Bays Program (MBP) is seeking a Storm Water Specialist
(Position #3084) to assist MBP communities with the implementation of EPA
Phase II storm water requirements, including outreach and education tasks,
implementation of various technical issues, and assistance with financing
and funding challenges. This position will focus in part on technical
support to communities within the Metro Boston region of the MBP (from
Swampscott and Lynn to Hull), although technical assistance in the form of
project development and support will also be provided to MBP regional staff
in other portions of the coast in order to extend the reach of the storm
water effort. The primary responsibilities involve leading efforts for
improvements to local municipality efforts for meeting regulatory
requirements for local storm water programs.
