Biodiversity Days,  May 31 - June 3

Falmouth schedule:

Equipment::  binoculars, notebook, sense of adventure.


Friday, May 31,  2 pm.  Botany field trip.   Beebe Woods.
Meeting place:  Locust St. (Woods Hole Rd.) parking area at the Bicycle
Path.
Trip duration: 2 hours, somewhat hilly, wooded paths.


Saturday, June 1, 9:30 am.  Butterfly count.
Meeting place:   Crane Wildlife Management Area.
Directions:  Opposite Ranch Rd., north off Rte. 151, East Falmouth.
Beside the baseball    field, go north to the farthest parking area.
Trip duration: 2 hours, flat, open fields and dirt roads.
Equipment:  Binoculars, notebook.


Monday, June 3,  9 am.   Birds, butterflies and plants in the Salt Pond
area.
Meeting place:  Locust St. (Woods Hole Rd.) parking area at the Bicycle
Path.
Trip duration: 2 hours, paths in wooded upland to pond shore.
Equipment:  Binoculars, notebook.
