Nature's Circle invites you

to come to any and all of the field walks.


Enjoy many parts of Falmouthís woods, paths and shores.  Led by a
naturalist who loves Woods Hole and all of the Cape, you may see plants,
butterflies and birds that you never knew were there.
 Watch the ospreys, learn the plants of the bikepath,
the pond shore, the ocean beach.

Calendar, September 2002

Tuesday, September 3,  1 pm.   Salt Pond plants from the upland to the
pond shore.  Meet at the parking area for the Bicycle Path at Locust
St., Falmouth.  Bring a notebook and binoculars if you like.

Thursday,September 5,  1 pm.   Look at the plants of the upper beach,
behind the dune and in the marsh behind the dune.  Formation of the dune
system.  Meet at Trunk River herring run, off Oyster Pond Rd.

Sunday, September 8, 9am.   Shorebirds at Great Sippewissett Marsh.
Meet behind West Falmouth Post Office, Rte 28A.  Natureís Circle and
Cape Cod Bird Club.  Leaders Alison Robb and Bob Vander Pyl.

Tuesday, September 10, 1 pm.  Birds, Butterflies and Plants at Great
Sippewissett Marsh.  Meet behind West Falmouth Post Office, Rte 28A.
