[SEMCO] RFPs: NOAA Coastal Ocean Program

Dear Colleague,
An Announcement of Opportunity has been released which solicits
proposals under two different program elements of the Coastal Ocean
Program.  Proposals under a Cumulative Coastal Impacts element for
multiple stressor projects are due by 3 p.m. EST on February 19, 2002.
Proposals under a Synthesis and Ecological Forecasting element will be
due by 3 p.m. EST on March 5, 2002.
