[Sea-mat] vertical datum conversion?

Zizang,
It's unfortunate that the VDATUM binary regional data files (e.g.
mlw.gtx, mllw.gtx) are not NetCDF. Could this be considered for a
future release? It would be convenient if the NetCDF data files
contained both the unstructured grid data and the connectivity array
to describe the topology.
