[Sea-mat] vertical datum conversion?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a function (or Toolbox) that could convert elevations
between various vertical datum used in the US, such as NGVD29, NAVD88,
MSL, MLLW, etc.   I know there are several packages available from NOAA
(VERTCON and VDatum) that do this, and I may end up using them, but a
Matlab equivalent would streamline my life.

Any suggestions?
