[Sea-mat] Garrett and Munk toolbox (Beta)

Hello,

I was doing this for some other folks, so thought I'd share here.  The  
link below points to a package of m-files that will generate 1 and 2-D  
Garrett and Munk Spectra.  Various forms of the vertical wavenumber  
spectra are suported, but only canonical frequency spectra is  
supported at present.

This is really just a beta, maybe even an alpha.  I'm sure there are  
numerous errors, hopefully folks who use these will do so with caution  
and double check against the literature and other sources.  Please let  
me know if anything incorrect is found.
