[Sea-mat] a small pair of matlab files

Hi,

I do not think this specific routine is in your collection -- I may  
have missed it.  For some purposes we want to remove the annual cycle  
in a long data set, particularly for cross spectra with other data.   
Trivial for monthly data, but less so for weekly or daily data.

I really wanted/needed  this ... so I cobbled this together.  I'm  
pretty much a klutz, so please
forgive all the obvious non-programmer's crud
