[Sea-mat] PWP in matlab?

Dear Sea-maters?

     I am looking for a MATLAB version of Jim Price's (and Bob Weller's
and Rob Pinkel's) PWP vertical mixing model for teaching purposes.

     Do any of you have knowledge of the existence of such code? If so,
can you point me toward someone (or a site) where that code might be
obtained?
