[Sea-mat] MATLAB + Sippican EDF/RDF files

Here is an xbt toolbox from about 6 or 7 years ago. I am not sure if 
the  edf formats are still the same but here it is. Untar and put the 
directory  in your matlab path  and type

 >> help xbt

Thats a start.
