[Sea-mat] status of SEA-MAT mailing list

In the past I used something called OAX.  It's not matlab, but if you
use UNIX you can get it to work.  Caveats: haven't used it in years, and
make sure that you know what it is doing.  OAX is relatively simple OA
setup.
