In response to an email that was posted yesterday regarding scripts
that convert raw RDI data into Matlab, I would like post the website for
our ADCP Toolbox. The ADCP Toolbox is a set of documented Matlab scripts
that convert RDI data into NetCDF format. The toolbox loads the data into
Matlab, processes and displays it, and stores it in a NetCDF format.
During the processing the data can be converted from Beam to Earth
coordinates, data collected before and after deployment can be trimmed off,
and the toolbox can find all the bins that fall below Mean Sea Level (MSL)
plus a Standard Deviation (Dstd). Data stored in the NetCDF format
includes velocity, intensity, % good, correlation data, temperature, and
speed of sound. Also stored with the data are many of the particulars
regarding the deployment that the user inputs.

Please feel free to visit the website and down load the ADCP Toolbox.
Please let us know if you have any questions or comments!

Regards,
Andree Ramsey
