[Sea-mat] spec. interp.

  As parts of CMGTooL (A Matlab based oceanographic data processing 
and display package) developed in the Coastal and Marine Geology of 
U.S. Geological Survey, I have adapted the Fortran codes into mfiles. 
If anyone is interested, I can send you the routines through email.
