[OBSICtec] OBSIC metrics hub: more experiments and more capabilities

The OBSIC metrics hub (https://obsic-metrics.whoi.edu) has been revised and now includes performance metrics and ancillary metadata for 17 OBS experiments since 2017.

Each experiment page now includes links to associated information including published data notes, the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R), assembled datasets at the DMC, and the Marine Geoscience Data System.  The metrics hub can also accommodate unpublished data reports or derived metadata that might be helpful to future users of the archived datasets.  You are welcome to send such documents, spreadsheets or links to obsic at whoi.edu<mailto:obsic at whoi.edu>.

Hourly data-quality estimates for passive-source experiments can now be downloaded by clicking on the ‘% Good’ values for each channel in the station page.

Future revisions will be largely guided by community input;  all suggestions and feedback to obsic at whoi.edu<mailto:obsic at whoi.edu> are welcome.
