The revised and expanded OBSIC metrics hub is now available at https://obsic-metrics.whoi.edu
The site’s purposes are to provide an overview of instrument performance and data return for OBSIC experiments, and to provide a home for experiment metadata or associated data that don’t fit well at the DMC. The associated data include clock-drift information and estimates of horizontal-component orientations.
The metrics hub now contains all active- and passive-source OBSIC experiments since 2019:
2022 Guerrero Gap (active-source)
2021 OHANA (passive-source)
2021 Queen Charlotte Fault (active and passive)
2021 CASIE21 (active)
2019, 2021 Gofar Transform Fault (Years 1 and 2; passive)
2020 Andreanof Islands (active)
2019 Pacific Array (Old ORCA; passive)
2018, 2019 Hawaii-Emperor Seamounts (Legs 1 and 2; active)
2019 Bransfield Strait (passive)
2018 Pacific Array (Young ORCA; passive)
2018 Alaska Amphibious Community Experiment (AACSE; passive)
Future revisions will be largely guided by community input; all suggestions and feedback to obsic at whoi.edu<mailto:obsic at whoi.edu> are welcome.
