[OBSICtec] OBSIC metrics website

OBSIC has established a metrics website at https://obsic-metrics.whoi.edu

The site’s purpose is to provide an overview of instrument performance and data return for OBSIC experiments, and to provide a home for experiment metadata or associated data that don’t fit well at the DMC.

The Alaska (XO) and Pacific Array (XE and 7B) community experiments have been added.  Additional experiments will be added in coming months and the site will be revised in May, 2022.  As this revision will be largely guided by community input,  all suggestions and feedback to obsic at whoi.edu<mailto:obsic at whoi.edu> are welcome.
