Dear OBS-IP ML members,
The RHUM-RUM OBS project was the first to combine instruments from the
French (INSU) and German (AWI-DEPAS) national pools. 57 OBS were
deployed around the hotspot of La Réunion in the western Indian Ocean.
The French instruments were of the LCPO2000 model developed at SIO, the
German ones first generation LOBSTER from K.U.M., Kiel.
We have compiled a report with data return rates for the experiment and
first order observations on data quality and instrument performance,
including instrument self-noise.
Also, it discusses the instrument responses of the DEPAS instruments for
the first time and has just been published in the EGU journal Advances
in Geosciences.
