a performance-based, rather than GS system. There will be two vacancies to
account for the difference in experience and background of applicants; however,

will primarily support the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection, and
Restoration Act (CWPPRA) and the Damage Assessment, Remediation and Restoration
Program (DARRP), largely focusing on marine and coastal restoration project
management and development. Given new Federal government hiring reforms, the
positions will only be open from Wednesday March 9, 2011 until *Tuesday March
