We invite applications from candidates for a full-time, tenure-track 
position in marine and coastal science. This position is at the rank of 
assistant professor and begins September 16, 2021. The appointment will 
be to a new program in Marine and Coastal Science (MACS) and housed in 
the Department of Environmental Sciences at Western Washington 
University.  The successful candidate will have an opportunity to help 
develop new curricular and research programs with participating faculty 
affiliated with the Shannon Point Marine Center, and the Departments of 
Biology, Chemistry, Geology, and Environmental Sciences at Western 
Washington University.
