Part-Time Instructor (Spring 2021) for Climate Change and Society
The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Boston College seeks a part-time instructor to teach EESC1174: Climate Change and Society in the spring 2021 semester. This introductory course covers the basic science of climate change and its societal implications for ~190 non-science majors. Lectures meet MWF from 11-11:50 am; there is no laboratory component. Existing teaching materials (e.g., syllabus, PowerPoints, activities, etc.) are available if desired. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or be ABD in the Earth sciences or a related field.
