My company, Gradient, is currently looking for talented environmental
scientists and engineers. We are a small, privately held environmental
consulting company with about 80 scientists, roughly half with Ph.D.s. We
have hired quite a few Joint Program (and other MIT) graduates, who are
generally very successful consultants. We solve hard problems in a
fast-paced business environment, but we also value work-life balance and
