  * Description: The objective of the consultancy is to prepare a
    comprehensive proposal for the establishment of a Caribbean Coastal
    Capital Center of Excellence to address the growing demand for local
    expertise and regional understanding for monitoring, valuation,
    assessment and restoration of coastal natural capital. The
    Consultant will prepare a situational analysis, a functional and
    organizational analysis, a draft proposal and final proposal. The

    have a minimum of eight years in-depth experience in organizational
    analysis, with demonstrated expertise in integrated coastal zone
