* Description: The objective of the consultancy is to prepare a
comprehensive proposal for the establishment of a Caribbean Coastal
Capital Center of Excellence to address the growing demand for local

assessment and restoration of coastal natural capital. The
Consultant will prepare a situational analysis, a functional and
