2. Permit Manager
* Organization: Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

* Description: The CNMI Division of Coastal Resources Management
(DCRM) is seeking to hire a full time (40hrs/week) Permit Manager in
the Permit Section of DCRM. The Permit Section processes and issues
major siting development permits, Areas of Particular Concern (APC)
permits, marine sports permits and temporary permits for emergency
repairs. The permit manager shall meet with all permit applicants,
schedule and hold pre-application meetings as requested, and review
applications for consistency with the CRM rules and regulations. The
Permit Manager will manage all functions and staff of the Permit
Section. This position is under the direct supervision of the

4. Climate Change Scientist

tasks for the National Climate Assessment (NCA) at the USGCRP
