1. FEATURED JOB: Project Manager - Human Rights

  * Description: The Science Advisor will develop and implement a
    research plan for conducting an Ocean Health Index (OHI) assessment
    for the Hawaiian archipelago, and to support other science needs of
    Conservation International's Hawai'i (CI Hawai'i) program. The
    Science Advisor's primary task is to work with various stakeholders
    and partners to develop a strategic plan for the Hawai'i OHI, gather
    and analyze data, calculate the index, and produce several products
    to communicate the findings (including a brief for decision-makers,
    a scientific publication and technical report). The Hawai'i OHI will
    be undertaken as part of the NOAA Fisheries Kona coast Integrated
    Ecosystem Assessment project (Kona IEA), an initiative to inform
    ecosystem-based management in the W. Hawai'i region

    initiative (HGG) (http://hawaiigreengrowth.org/), a multi-sector
    partnership of leaders from private and public entities that was

    sustainability for the State of Hawai'i. Additionally, the Science
