position is responsible for watershed planning, identification and
prevention of non-point sources of pollution, and implementation of
watershed-focused projects within the CNMI (Saipan, Tinian and
Rota). The Watershed Coordinator works both independently within the
Water Quality/Nonpoint Source program and collaboratively with the
planning, enforcement, education/outreach and permitting programs
