initial draft product and present it to NMSF for discussion; Obtain
comments on and approval of the draft report from NMSF and all CHOW
2015 discussants/speakers; Meet with NMSF to discuss speakers'
comments and final edits; and Complete a concise and informative
summary report highlighting CHOW 2015. The successful candidate will
have proven ability to communicate complex information and messages
in written form to lay audiences, create engaging and modern
products, and exhibit some substantial expertise in ocean issues.
Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree is preferred. This is
a fixed-price, $2000 contract anticipated to have a three-month
duration (June -August).
5. Program Analyst (Climate Change Adaptation Specialist) GS-0343-11
* Organization: Foreign Agricultural Service

* Description: The incumbent will be assigned to the USAID/Bureau for
Economic Growth, Education, and Environment (E3), Global Climate
Change (GCC) Office in the Analysis, Innovation and Demonstration
Division (AID). The USAID GCC Office is responsible for coordinating
and reporting on USAID's contribution toward the USG Global Climate
Change Initiative, implementation of USAID's Climate Change and

donors, and processes that deal with climate change and development,

7. MARCO Seeks Proposals for Development of Regional Ocean Assessment
(ROA)

Ocean Assessment (ROA) of the ocean resources in the Mid-Atlantic.
Funding is available for an eight-month project to characterize the
