1. Marine Programme Officer - Assistant to the Executive Secretary of 
the Sargasso Sea Commission

  * Description: Blue Ventures is seeking an LMMA Consultant to create a
    training and educational resource to support the development of the
    MIHARI network. The LMMA Consultant will be responsible for
    delivering a series of written, practical guides covering how to set
    up, finance, manage and monitor an LMMA in Madagascar, and will draw
    on both organisational knowledge and published literature.

3. Laboratory Technician

  * Description: The technician will assist the PI in managing the
    molecular lab and conducting research. Specific duties will include
    ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies, care of
    invertebrate animals (e.g. sea urchins, corals), preparing DNA and
    RNA libraries, characterizing gene expression, performing basic data
    analysis, training students, and maintaining an organized, safe, and
    productive laboratory environment. Up to 20% travel may be required.
