[Jpjobs] Postdoc opportunity at USGS, Santa Cruz
Postdoctoral Coordinator
postdoc at whoi.edu
Fri Oct 24 16:40:48 EDT 2014
Howdy folks,
A colleague of mine at the USGS -- James (Jim) Hein <jhein at usgs.gov> --
has asked me to circulate this opportunity amongst any interested
parties. The fellowship is part of the USGS Mendenhall Program, where
advisers list broad project areas and potential postdocs are free to
propose projects within that general remit.
He is particularly interested in deep ocean processes, particularly
those related to mineralization. Attached is a flyer, and more info can
be found here: http://geology.usgs.gov/postdoc/opps/2014/oppS7.html
Deadline for applications is December 1st.
Cheers,
- Tristan
