[ISSHA] Extended deadline: GEOHAB Open Science Meeting April 25-27 in Paris

The Global Ecology and Oceanography of Harmful Algal Blooms (GEOHAB) program will host an Open Science Meeting April 25-27 in Paris. A major goal of this meeting is to define how international coordination through IOC and SCOR will, or will not, continue beyond 2014. The meeting is open to all participants, and we are also requesting 1-2 page "concept papers" (you don't need to attend the meeting to submit a concept paper" for coordinating activities or efforts that could be accomplished in the next 5-10 years within the GEOHAB framework. The meeting is being held in conjunction with IPHAB so we have an excellent opportunity to shape national and international efforts, and to reach out to scientists, policy makers, and stakeholders. 

 

We have extended the abstract deadline for the GEOHAB Open Science Meeting to April 15.  This also applies to the deadline for concept papers for future international science activities on harmful algal blooms.
