ISSHA 2010: last call for nominations.


Dear ISSHA colleagues: 

*	Last call for nominations

Just to remind you that May 14th is the last day to send letters for
nominations to the ISSHA 2010 Yasumoto Lifetime Achievement and the
Young Scientist Awards. See the instructions on "Nomination procedure"
under the "Awards" folder in the left hand column on the website
<http://www.issha.org>  and in ISSHA Newsletter # 2. Please, make sure
that that your nominee and yourself have renewed your membership for the
period 2010-2011 

*	Would you like to be the sponsor of a young student? 

The price of a student registration fee for 2 years, i.e. $ 20, is a
very little sum of money (one lunch or a few coffees at a bar) for many
of us, but it can be the equivalent of a one month salary in some
developing countries! You can sponsor a young student from one of these
countries. Just fill the registration form with the data (including a
password) and email from the student you are in cooperation with. Once
he/she receives the confirmation email message and sends it to you, you
can proceed to pay the bill with your card through our Pay pal system. 

*	Donations for travel awards

Many young students would dream about going to the 14th ICHA Conference,
but will not be able to do so unless they win a travel awards.
Applications far exceed the limited funds available for that purpose.
You can help to materialize young students dreams by contributing with a
donation for Travel Awards. To donate money just click on "Web shop" in
the left hand menu on www.issha.org.
