XI Curso COI-AECID-IEO sobre Taxonomía de Fitoplancton Nocivo 

  

The course will be held in Vigo, Spain, in June 2010 (2-3 weeks) organised by the "COI-IEO Centro Cientifico y de Comunicacion sobre Algas Nocivas". 

 

The focus this year will be on "Taxonomy of Harmful Marine Microalgae", and has been designed for experts with some background and experience in identifying microalgae, who have to initiate or strengthen their national or regional monitoring programme on Harmful Marine Microalgae. 

 

The Course is targeted at Latin America and Africa.   

It will have 2 parts: 

Part 1 - Distant learning.

Part 2 - Workshop on species identification. 

Up to 10 participants will be admitted. The language of the course is SPANISH.
