[ISSHA] ECOHAB-GOM special issue available

Greetings and apologies for cross postings:

Recently a special issue of the journal Deep-Sea Research II was 
published that contains 27 papers on Alexandrium bloom dynamics and 
toxicity in the Gulf of Maine (USA).  This was a result of the 
ECOHAB-GOM program and represents the synthesis of over five years of 
multi-investigator, multidisciplinary study.  The preface and table

The publisher has extra copies of this volume available for purchase, 
but more favorable pricing can be obtained with a bulk purchase.  We 
are therefore inquiring as to your interest in ordering and 
purchasing a copy of this special issue.  The price, including 
handling, will be $65 in the U.S. and Canada, and $80 for 
international shipments.

We need an accurate estimate of the number of copies as we will be 
paying for the bulk purchase in advance.  If you are interested in 
receiving a copy and are willing to commit the funds, please respond 
to this message.  Individuals in the U.S. would be able to pay by 
check or credit card; those outside the U.S. would need to pay by 
credit card.
