The Third Symposium on Harmful Algae in the U.S. will be held October 
2-7, 2005 at the Asilomar conference grounds near Monterey, 
California.  Please check the following website for the first 
announcement and further updates as details such as abstract 
submission, registration, travel details, etc. are finalized.

Note for non-US HAB scientists:

Oral and poster presentations will only be considered from those 
working on US HAB problems, but foreign participants may attend on a 
space-available basis.  At the first and second US HAB symposia, we 
were able to accommodate some foreign participants.  Those foreign 
workers expressing an interest in attending will be placed on a 
waiting list and notified once the registration deadline has passed.
