[ISSHA] Nominations for Executive positions

ISSHA Members,

The International Society for the Study of Harmful Algae is seeking
nominations for the ISSHA Executive (President, two Vice-Presidents,
Secretary and Treasurer).

The current Executive (Steidinger, Cembella, Oshima, Bates, and Enevoldsen,
respectively) are not eligible for the same offices they currently hold
although they are eligible for other offices.

Following the nominations, the Elections Committee will prepare a ballot for
mailout to ISSHA members on 15 August 2004. The ballots will be counted
during the XI International Conference on Harmful Algae (15-19 November
2004), when the new Executive will take effect.

announcement will also appear in the Harmful Algae News No. 25.  As well,

Note that the deadline for receiving nominations is 30 JULY 2004.
