[ISSHA] Minutes of the 4th General Assembly (Cape Town)

Greetings ISSHA Members,

As outgoing Secretary, my last duty was to assemble the minutes of the 4th
General Assembly that took place during the Cape Town 2004 HAB Conference.
These minutes, along with the results of the election for the new Executive,
and an updated membership list, are now posted on the ISSHA website.  I

It has been a pleasure to serve as your Secretary.  I wish to welcome our
new Secretary, Tracy Villareal, who will ably take over this position.  I
also wish ISSHA members a Happy Holiday Season and a Prosperous New Year.
