Dear HAB Community,

I have updated the reference list on Domoic Acid and Pseudo-nitzschia
(revised 17 Sept 2003); 40 new references have been added since 26 Sept
2002.

Please note the change in URL.  The website has been re-written to conform
to Government of Canada Website standards.  Because of this, I also had to
strip out the links to pdf files.  I will slowly try to restore some of the
links, when possible.
