[Flex] help - brain freeze

Hi all,

I am doing cost share which is pretty much my least favorite.

we have 2 subawards that will provide cost share and we will use cost 
share sub-budgets.

Should the subs total request (request + CS they will provide) go in 
under subawards in the main budget, and then be taken out by adding the 
amount of the cost share to other cost shared items?

Isn't the rule you have to put it into a budget in order to remove it?
