[Flex] NSF C&P question

Help, please,

When you enter C&P information in sciencv, there are two categories that 
are not starred as being required information - they are proposal/award 
number and proposal/project start and stop dates.

We don't include the proposal/award numbers, but it seems to me that we 
should still provide the proposal/project start and stop dates. We have 
always provided in the past.
