[Flex] Are we ready for Enforcement on 10/5/20?

Hi all.  I want to touch bases with everyone to make sure that we are
going to be ready for the new proposal submission format requirements
for NSF come October 5.  I have attached the guidance we came up with in
May to remind everyone that we determined that SciENcv is the WHOI
approved format for BOTH Biosketches and Current & Pending (C&P) forms.
No C&Ps created outside of SciENcv should be included in any NSF or NIH
proposal from WHOI.  As this will generate extra work, I want to be sure
that we are fully aware and prepared.  Please spread the word to all
involved with proposal preparations.

Regards,

Theresa
