[Flex] Question about collaborative submissions- NSF

Hi everyone,

I have a situation - whoi is lead on a collab with 7 collaborators.  One 
of them has submitted prematurely and we would like them to make a 
correction to their submission.

We can do this through proposal update in fastlane, but my question is - 
would it be better for that collaborator to make that correction now, or 
wait to have all institutions submit, and then have the one institution 
make the correction?

Anybody had any experience with this?
