[Flex] NSF CV generated from SciENcv?

Hi all,

I know that we do not have to use the SciENcv format (or NSF template) 
until October, but we do have PIs who wish to use one or the other of 
these for the August submission.

We ran into a problem today that we are trying to figure out - the pdf 
file that is downloaded from SciENcv and uploaded to fastlane looks like 
it is reduced by about 20% - it is not that the font is small, it is 
that the whole page is small.

Has anyone else run into this?  I'm just starting to investigate.
