[Flex] WHOI directory 'cheat sheet'

Hi there-
With the changes to the WHOI People Directory that were rolled out 
today, I thought you might appreciate having a little guide on how to 
update your profile as it appears in the directory.

I am not sure when Communications will make this available via a link 
off the internal home page, so I am sharing it with you now so you can 
share with your Dept Admins, other APs, and anyone who asks you how they 
are supposed to update their info.

If you need to bookmark the people finder page, its new home is:

Today's move of the external parts of www.whoi.edu and the people 
directory was part 1 of migrating off the aging home-grown content 
management system (CMS) to WordPress.

Communications is planning to create a new intranet for things like the 
internal homepage and the internal department pages.
Some of you have already been contacted to start updating the internal 
pages for your department.

I appreciate your understanding as we go through these migrations and 
new site developments. The end results are much nicer, more secure, and 
easier to update and maintain.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
