[Flex] grants.gov question

Hi everyone,

We have a few NOPP's due on February 1 and the package for the NOPP in 
grants.gov has expired.  There does not appear to be a new one. ONR 
changed the submission date to a later date because it took them longer 
than they expected to invite the full proposals.

I'm just polling to see if anyone has contacted NOPP to ask about this - 
it may be a case of ONR is working, but grants.gov personnel are not.  I 
can send an email to NOPP (looks like it would go to Reggie Beach), but 
don't think we all should.

Please let me know what you know about this.
