[Flex] So much for our soft start in Research.gov!

YES!  I had a few duplicate IDs as well, along with secondary 
affiliations.  WHOI was always properly denoted as the "primary" 
affiliation, but because the affiliations are listed alphabetically, the 
other affiliation was always listed first.
