[Flex] So much for our soft start in Research.gov!

Dear All -

Donna had a discussion with the Fastlane Helpdesk this morning, and it 
seems that - as of today - we MUST now use Research.gov for NSF 
submissions UNLESS they are collaborative proposals.  And - as of this 
morning - it is taking up to 30min for Research.gov to dump you back to 
Fastlane to work on a collaborative.

Neither Donna nor I had received, or seen, a notice of this abrupt 
change - sorry!
