[Flex] FW: Errors submitting in Fastlane

Hi All -

So, I just got off the phone with the Fastlane Helpdesk person who 
SWEARS that reviewers have already been assigned to my proposal (which I 
really don't think is the case).  I know Rose Dufour feels that 
reviewers have been removed from the co-op proposals that Bethany 
references below.  I feel like this needs to be escalated to a specific 
person at NSF to figure it out and stop giving us the brush-off.  
Dave/Sue/Helen - Do we know anyone who could take this issue in hand?
